BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Part of lot "I", Subdivision of the Property of Chattanooga Investment Company and S. R. Read, not recorded; being part of the properties described in deed book 3382, page 993, ROHC, deed book 3236, page 852, ROHC, and deed book 3447, page 178, ROHC. Said part of lot begins on the southwest line of Old Bell Avenue some 115 feet southeast of the intersection of the southwest line of Old Bell Avenue with the southeast line of Cherokee Boulevard, said point being 110 feet (if measured at a right angle) southeast of the southeast line of Cherokee Boulevard, thence southeast some 100.4 feet with Old Bell Avenue, thence southwest 69.23 feet, thence northwest 100.8 feet to a point 110 feet southeast of the southeast line of Cherokee Boulevard, thence northeast some 107 feet parallel to, and at all points 110 feet southeast of, the southeast line of Cherokee Boulevard to the southwest line of Old Bell Avenue, the point of beginning.
